2021 Gaja Ca'Marcanda Magari Bolgheri DOP 750ml Sorby Adams Serve with Farm-bred chicken withComposed of 60% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot off a mix of both white and dark soils. As always the varieties are vinified separately at around 25 degrees Celsius with 15% whole bunch component. After this the wine moves to oak for 12 months around which 25% is new. The vineyards are all situated near the winery all within Bolgheri DOC and classified as such. The 2021 Magari is the most elegant Magari I can remember
