Burnside was created by William Grant & Sons and is know as a teaspooned malt. Intriguingly a tiny amount of whisky from another distillery is mixed with whisky from one distillery. Therefore not sold as a single malt under one distillerys name. After distillation in 1998 this whisky was aged for a quarter of a century in a single bourbon
