Hand picked and meticulously processed, the Shiraz undergoes fermentation in 5 tonne open top fermenters with daily pump overs, ensuring optimal extraction of color, flavor, and tannin. After fermentation, the wine ages in seasoned French oak barriques for 18 months, resulting in a harmonious blend.
