This 2009 vintage Glen Spey 100 Proof Edition #37 by Signatory was fully aged for 9 years in 1st fill Oloroso sherry butts. Bottling was of course with no added colour or chill filtration at 57. 1% abv. Much of Glen Spey distillery whiskies go into crafting well know blended whisky so its exciting to come across this small batch single malt.
