Heliotrop Pendent lamp by Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup - Holmegaard 1960s Alvar Aalto both the chair and theThe pendant lamp "Heliotrop" was created in 1965 by danish designer Johannes Hammerborg. He named it after the flower of the same name, which served as inspiration for the purple color. The lamp was part of a series which were all made of mouth blown glass made by the danish glassworks Holmegaard. They were sold by Fog&Morup. Beautiful purple outer shade. The inner shade is made of white opal glass. Very good condition. One small chip in each shade.
