Don Parker and Peter Collins Sir Walter Napien pulled by four horsesDon Parker and Peter Collins, Silverstone, 1949. Parker leads Collins through Stowe corner during the 1949 100 mile race at Silverstone. Parker was British Formula 3 Champion in 1952, 1953 and 1959. Collins went on to win 3 Formula 1 Grands Prix before suffering a fatal crash at the Nrburgring in 1958.
