This delicious Caol Ila was aged in an Oloroso cask that previously held Springbank! The cask imparted lashings of rich flavours into this well aged dram. One of just 210 bottles. Sweet and meaty aromas are followed by notes cranberries, soya sauce and a slight smokiness. The finish has custard cream notes followed by the expected smokey nature.
