The spirit was distilled in July 2012 then matured for 12 years in 1st fill Bordeaux wine hogsheads. This popular release was bottled in March 2025 at a great strength of 48. 2% abv. The Bordeaux wine casks have imparted rich earthy, dark fruits and a silky texture to the spirit. As always with Edradour the whisky is un chillfiltered with natural colour.
