They have a thin surface coating of rust that needs to be buffed off but left as they are it not effects the operation of the roller which is fine these can be adjusted
Fostex B16 power supply pcb 8251125 101 Unit has the Molex headerI had a B16 that I had time to repair it had a few issues , one was the power supply board had blown a bridge so I have put a much bigger one in and works fine now. There is a bit chipped of the pcb but that does not cause any issues
