Mashes are 2400 litres and are distilled in a 1200 litre hybrid still making each expression unique. The Three Wood Rye is a seven year Rye grain whisky which begins in new oak barrels. It is then transferred to a gently used American White Oak barrel that had previously held another LMD Rye. It finishes the process in a first fill Bourbon barrel.
