Aged for 18 years in a 2nd fill sherry butt cask, #28259 then bottled on the 17th of December 2020 at a cask strength of 59. 1% abv. Aromas of milk chocolate, honeycomb, toasted oak and cherries are complemented by notes of soft caramel, dark chocolate, warm ginger biscuits and sultanas. The finish is long and slightly sweet
