Piri Piri Organic Hot Sauce Our version uses a milderInspired by a lineage of the familiar Piri Piri sauces from Portugal, bold & tangy with herbal flavours, in a rich and thick, zesty pourable sauce. Great for dipping or spreading. Peri peri is Swahili for 'pepper pepper', or 'strong pepper'. Travelling from the Americas to Portugal then Africa, the Birdseye pepper must be credited for this sauce.
