This is the perfect size for all the smaller breeds. This will come made on regular weight black nylon and the turtle ribbon you see in the pictures. It will come made with a collar that adjusts between 9" 13" and a 5 foot leash. I am happy to make a custom sized collar if your pup doesn't fit these measurements. I am also happy to exchange this for a 4 or 6 foot leash if you'd like the shorter
