These are the standard 10k log slider pots uses on the Soundcraft Spirit Studio mixers and other desks they have a slight longer travel about 100-105mm

but looks the same just say which one you want

Oddlly enough this one of the hardest spare parts to get for the Tascam 38 normally the lower part gets broken and lost with time
