This bottling was inspired by JINGS Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea. A delicious tea with aromas of dessert wine and exotic fruit notes. This delectable whisky was matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks. Theres also a small inclusion ex bourbon casks to add a final sweetness emulating the dessert wine notes coming from the tea. Aromas of apricot, honey and peach
