Designed like a swooping leaf, across the head of the ring, there are 10 gorgeous pinky red glittering marquise shaped rubies set within their claw settings around the outer leaf design. In the middle are 8 stunning brilliant cut diamonds, which make up the central section of the leaf. This gorgeously swooping leaf design is set quite high to really make this glizy piece stand
