The result is a profound structure spiced with notes of cinnamon and clove, whose smoky quality adds texture. Nose : Hints of black peppercorn, clove, cinnamon, baked cherry, prune, molasses; later sniffs encounter forest, leaves, black tea, dry stone. Palate : Entry is fruity with
