This is the standard PCB for controlling the capstan motor of many of the TEAC TASCAM reel to reel recorders going back many years

I have looked inside and there is not a sign of dust anywhere its like new but i cannot warrant it as did not see it working but it really looks factory fresh I can take more photos if you need me too

I had a 38 panel come in that was broken but i noticed you can remove the metal part over the VU section so took this off its good apart from a couple of smaller scratches on the front but not deep
