I have a few panels they are clean but with some slight digs or scratches as you would expect but they are not cracked or with burns or holes in

The EM1450 is a CCW motor ( counter clock wise)

I am not sure if they are 8 or 12 volts as dont have the spec but 8 seems bright enough
