It was created to demonstrate that exquisite whisky could be crafted by blending carefully selected casks from Cadenhead's extensive collection. Cadenhead's traditions and methods havent changed, and they decided to resurrect the 7 Star expression mainly using whiskies produced from the Spey region of Scotland.
