There is lots of texture on the canvas which is in very nice condition. We have not detected any breaks. The painting is in good condition and signed by R. Farr in the lower left. The solid wood frame has a cream linen border and pale green with gold edges. Its been nicely framed and is very sturdy with tight joints. Lovely colors for Fall
