I have seen these mixers many times with these panels smashed and it makes the whole mixer look terrible
Its a clean PCB but its number was slightly different
And before you do anything put a bit of oil on the shaft as that's maybe all you need ( probably some old techs will have a chuckle about that "you took it all apart
I am also offering the mount as that's also sometimes seen better days so needs replacing
