F&P Pilairo Q Adjustable Headgear UltraSoft memory foam cushion forThe Pilairo mask originally only came with one headgear which was a StretchWise headgear whilst the Pilairo Q adjustable headgear was designed later as people wanted adjustment on the headgear. The Adjustable headgear and the StretchWise headgear are able to be used on the original Pilairo and Pilairo Q as it has the same clip system. The StretchWise headgear is much simpler as it has no adjustments but over time can be prone to stretching and this
