Both are smoking cigars and wearing hats the one on the right a huge sombrero. Under magnification, it looks like they are both wearing rings. Also, the woman on the right's hand has some weird stuff on it bandages, maybe? 3. 5" x 2. 25". Very good antique condition with a very light horizontal bend that does not detract.
