The combination creates a vibrant, green oil with plenty of herbal notes. The aroma opens with fresh herbs, artichoke and a subtle hint of tomato stem. On the palate, the oil is fruity and harmonious, accompanied by a medium intensity, persistent bitterness and a gentle, spicy warmth.
