This is because all the grapes for this Champagne must come from a single, special harvest year. This vintage was such an ultimate and perfect year. The Deutz winemakers agreed halfway through the growing season that if this continues, it will be one of the finest vintages ever. This Brut Vintage is made with three well known grape varieties:
