The underneath flaring brim is a teal velvet which peeks outside on the edge. The interior is finished with a white satin and a narrow floral ribbon. No label. Excellent condition showing no age or wear. Inner circumference is 22 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 14 1 2 inches. Feel free to ask questions.
