40’s Black Velvet Hat with Flower by Evelyn Varon small silk dress Off-white & Pink By AnnBeautiful vintage 1940s Evelyn Varon black velvet hat. Wonderful style with high front, cloche like back and bronze metal front piece with red faux stone. LABEL: Evelyn Varon, fair labor standards union label. On the inside is stamped crest with "B B" and "Ruth" and under Made in Czechoslovakia CONDITION: Very good vintage condition no flaws. Please keep in mind, this hat approximately 70 80 years old and is looking great for it's age. SIZE: 22. 5
