1970s/80s Girls' Sailor Dress, Honeybee Sweet and Pretty Size 4, Red, Pleated jersey I'm 5'6" and these hit

I'm 5'6" and these hit the bottom of my calf

The hips could be let out approximately 1" total (1/2" on each side) and the legs could each be let out approximately 1" as well

Hips - approx 36" across

Condition - There is writing on the inside of the waistband
