Amazing 1930s 30s Vintage Black Velvet Coat With Puff Sleeves 36"+ Waist: 30-34”This stunning coat was made from sumptuous black cotton velvet in the late 1930s. It is cut in the classic early wartime silhouette with fabulous gathered puff shoulders and a nipped waist. A small rounded collar leads to a row of eleven buttons which fasten the coat at the front. The skirt falls in beautiful pleats given a lovely bit of volume to the coat. Inside, the coat is unlined and without makers labels. Bust: 32 (tight 33) Waist: 27 Shoulders:
